The convert holders continue to short sell PCFG to naive & gullible buyers. The convert owners stop their shorting sporadically to temporarily raise PCFG's share price & then massively short sell to the naive & gullible buyers again. This is classic price action when a company's management is stupid & incompetent enough to unleash a floorless convertible death spiral financing onto it's shareholders as the Landau/Geilsler failure team has done to PCFG shareholders.
