Ha ha.... That is hilarious... THC Sci must have still been a little angry about what transpired earlier this year when they had to deny any knowledge of RFMK partnering with them....

August 15 was only a couple of weeks ago... I wonder when the cease and desist order will come ?

Thank goodness they will have several other brands to choose names for, since all the brand marketing up until this point has been for someone else.....

Way to go big 3.......

Hopefully the next round will get trademarked before it is marketed.

Do some DD on this, all RFMK has to do is prove they used the name in commerce first, shouldn't be hard... and once they prove that THC Scientific tried taking the name in a malicious way, THC Scientific can be forced to pay all attorney fees.... LMFAO
