Me and my little group bought back when it was 2-2.5 and hold a few million shares. We see a good future for the app. Everybody points at facebook like they went from 0 users to 1 billion users in a month. It took 4 years or more and 100's of millions. This seller is either a pissed management type or the IR group. Only those two sources have size and price advantage that would allow this. Debenture holder is still restricted if they reported actual time lines and terms.
