I AM HEARING GOOD THINGS RE: Victory buyout

Tomorrow is the deadline.

There are 78M shares.
Assets=0, so if you buy today, you're buying a percentage of 0, which is why the stock is so low.

However, tomorrow the deal should be complete to buy Victory with $46M in assets. When the deals goes through, each share will have a liquid value of 59 cents.

The stock is at its all time low--- might be able to make a real quick buck...
