Curious though, to this day, Shining Tree never developed. I was just there two weeks ago. There is a small school, a highway maintenance yard, a helipad, a few houses, and two "camps" which is as close as you get to lodging in those parts. We had to go 50 miles to the next town to buy groceries to make our own meals, because the one camp that had a restaraunt happened to be too busy catering to the bear hunters that time of year. I wonder how soon or if it will even change .....
