Ouch, I could see problems here.

I have a few other statements/concerns/questions though:

1) Income......ahhhh 14K, its pathetic, what happened to that major distributor? and multiple sales contracts? The gross margins look a little weak as well.....

2) Why is the number associated with equipment so low???? This should easily be in the millions??? What happened to "building inventory"? And why is the factory vacant when JB, in his sporty little lab coat, explains his product for the Discovery Channel???? Did it even air???

3) What is the Swiss Dynasty Trust? that has a huge stake in Bourque????

4) Sean Floyd....100K shares...why so cheap???? So we have a free website, very cheap employment package......It looks like Sean needed a place to work because his business was failing as a result of the recession, ATL's package is something thats offered to desperate people........what ever happened to all that transparency that he promised????? Not compromising his integrity????

Are these clowns capable of doing ANYTHING they say?
