Al, I am as angry as anyone about his lack of communication. I literally want to shake him while screaming WTF. The only peace that I can find in his conduct is that without him taking over when Cal passed, I would have a zero value investment with a loss carryforward for 40 years. In his defense, I can't say that he is unable to perform his duties as CEO of a public company as that seems to imply all duties. I will agree that he has dropped the ball bigtime on his duties as a CEO to manage the shareprice and communicate to the shareholders. This particular aspect of running a public company is completely lost on him.
