They already sold them.I dont think its any great big stock market ploy.They had a loan issued shares for debt and the third party person sold them to get their profits.

The investor has converted a portion of the debt obligation into 52,983,987 shares of common stock on a restricted issuance basis, which has been sold by the third party investor under Rule 144.
