These things happen when a stock can no longer sell shares.
It wont matter the OS at all, be it 4-6 billion or a gizillion shares. R/S will only happen when there is a zero bid...OR when the company needs more income than what share dilution can deliver.
It is so easy to take money from investors... to pay for nepotism.
