Looking at the stocks past performance and structural formation it appears that there will be a further decline in value, from 18 cents to 10 cents.. I say wait till Dec to buy and sell the next year once it doubles at 20 cents. Right now short sellers are keeping this from going higher with the overall objective of driving this lower.
