and a 3rd reason..... i was thinking...IT DOESNT MATTER ABOUT THE NOL'S!! debt doesnt matter here, nor should it with any penny stock... we aren't here for long term purposes so who cares... ALL THAT MATTERS IS NEWS AND PR!!! Thats how u make money, so anyone tlking about ASYI's debt, c'mon does anyone care? u should buy and sell the same day/next day when it sky rockets,and thats it move onto the next pink..untimately its all risk at the end of the day. IMO
