Phillip Verges has only one interest : Himself !
NWMT like all his other companies have destroyed any shareholder value

Have no illusions . NWMT has been a dilution machine , using people like Fairhills ( who have now a SEC charges) and others, who have made Verges and his family VERY RICH !

All at shareholders expense
