Rattlesnake~~ Es hieß damals merger or aquisition. Ich persönlich bin von einer Fusion ausgegangen.
Aber dieser Deal ist so gut, daß man dies auch verschmerzen kann.

Viele unterschätzen den Deal. Man muß sich einmal überlegen wie so etwas möglich ist und welchen Stellenwert Hartcourt haben muß.
Ich persönlich ordne ihn deutlich höher ein, wie ein gemeinsames Produkt mit IBM oder Microsoft. Hinter HuaQing steckt die chin. Regierung;)
