Wouldn't it be great if MIT would team up with Apple and we could ask Siri, "is this lunch as good as it looks?". Until then we have to depend on the FDA and the USDA and others to protect us. It is lucky for us that MMTC is working so hard to make pathogen detection simpler and less costly for the the people who handle our food and must comply with government rulings. Go MMTC!!!! MMTC ROCKS!
