jonesi the only way to find out in a situation like this is to call the company, try bypassing IR and call the CFO and ask some leading questions... pretend you are one of the underwritters for the new loan and see what their response is..lol, hey sometimes to get the answers you need you have to 'put on the dog'

There is no substitute for conducting your own research
