Just because they raised the ASK doesn't mean the dump is over. Traders have been desperate for a bottom to hit and suddenly it goes up, of course some traders are going to be suckered and pay more for it to average down. We'll see if anyone has been suckered or not. Hopefully it is a permanent turn around, but I'm skeptical until it plays out.
