Pump and Dump

Down 21.43% for the day at this point (9-6-12, 10:40 am), based on stock sales of about $150. So, this big company that people are saying will be buying out other mines in the area, etc, drops through the floor with less than $200 in trades? Explain to me how this is not a pump and dump.
