This is an official notification that you are engaged in libel against me personally and the company that I represent.

I hereby officially inform you that I, Mark Richards, Chief Information Officer of VoX Communications and Pervasip am NOT associated, or aware of the identify the message board posted hereby referred to as "Karsmith94".

You are damaging my name and reputation and I ask respectfully that you cease and desist referring to me and associating my name with people on any and all Internet message boards.

This is the single and only warning that I will issue, the next notification will come from my lawyer, who has been given all historic emails and postings relating to this problem.

I will further instruct my lawyer to file suit against you, with the intent to seek any and all damages as appropriate. should you continue to make these false and damaging accusations and continue the systematic destruction of my name character.
