ARE there not some performnce shares that can be issued as well? my point was that there is/was some 10% dilution potential out there over the next few years....now the potential is less. (still think some of the shares could go to new Market Makers for the up list) If so, some of those shares will hit the float....but the added liquidity will realy add to the trading....just ask what's-his-name that's been trying to un load for the last few weeks (sorry, can't recall who from top of my head)
