I agree Realist... $500 Million upfront is the range of total upfront money coming Peregrines way

With Friday and Monday... both being days for big news events and a spike that "could fold them for anyone shorting" this stock. My advice would be close out your short position because it could become quite shocking pre-market by Monday morning.
