Please don't misinterpret me on this.I have not been following SBFM (but I intend to)

Bio is coming from one viewpoint and Dr.F.is coming from another viewpoint.

Both are correct in their respective viewpoints.

If you have been following Bio's strategy (Wise move) then stick with it.
Bio is "News" oriented and Dr.F is "proceedure"oriented.
Don't confuse the two.Both are right.Both have different "time frames" for SP movements.

If you are following a recommendation from one,make sure you understand their thinking before jumping to another.
I don't want to see a conflict between the two over a misunderstanding.
Again,both are right but both are operating on a different clock.
