ASYI Is the Perfect Candidate for GCS to Merge into Once it has Completed The Reverse Merger with MKHD!

No Merger? Really? That’s Not What Mark Delaney, Marketing and Business developer at GCS, Seems to Think. In fact, in a featured interview with Robert Anderson for The August Edition of the London Based, Capacity Magazine, here’s what Mr. Delaney had to say:

Quote:
“Once we get through the MKHD merger all of our revenues and figures will be public for everybody to see,” says Delaney. “The story is great, the momentum is great, and we’re at that inflection point.”

When you read the full article, it doesn’t take a rocket Scientist to figure out why GCS is The Perfect Candidate for The 28M in ASYI NOLS. There revenues have exploded and this is just the beginning.

Who is Capacity Magazine:

What Else Do They Do?

Capacity Conferences

Capacity Conferences holds 13 regional events across the globe, concentrating on the business of wholesale telecommunications. Each event combines high-quality content with extensive networking opportunities, enabling attendees to meet decision-makers from local, regional and international carriers and service providers.

International Telecoms Week (ITW)

International Telecoms Week (ITW) is the meeting point for the global international telecoms wholesale community to buy and sell both voice and data products and services. ITW is an event for the entire industry with participants from all areas of the wholesale industry: Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 carriers, mobile/wireless operators, ISPs, VoIP providers and technology partners from the voice, data, satellite, subsea and fixed-line markets.

You can’t even get into this Magazine unless you are a Heavyweight or an emerging Heavyweight.

GCS has stated time and time again that it wishes to go public to start doing business with the Heavyweights, the Tier 1’s, and the Heavyweights, read Capacity Magazine, The Same Magazine which features interviews with CEO’s from the Likes of AT&T and Verizon, and every major Telephony Company from 127 Countries Worldwide.

Mr. Delaney would have never used the words “When we get through this Merger with MKHD” coupled with the words “The story is Great, The Momentum is Great, And We’re at The Inflection Point”, for all the big Telephony Companies in 127 countries around the world to see, if this merger wasn’t in the Bag. What an embarrassment that would be to shout out words so strong, they hark, “We have Arrived!!” to all the Big Players, if this deal had any chance of falling by the wayside.

Yes people we are at “The Inflection Point”, the point where the Parabola begins to form moving upward.

Makes sense that so many chartists have posted on this Board as Of Late and JetLife Penny Stocks, has been tweeting ASYI’s Charts daily for the last three weeks: http://boardcentral.com/twitter/ASYI

So then Why Did GCS take any reference of MKHD off the Website?
Well, once the Cat was let out of the Bag on the Boards about the possibility of a triangular Merger, ASYI, MKHD, GCS, all hell broke loose, because we weren’t supposed to figure this out. But we did and here we are, at the Inflection Point. GO ASYI/MKHD/GCS!!
