Yes, you could call it that.

I wasn't interested in listening to the CC propaganda. My desire to look at TIvus the company has dwindled to barely a thread. It's been a trading stock for some time. It may not even be that anymore with the bid support wipeout.

Regarding financials, EOY 2012 will not be out timely, if history is an indicator of timelines.
