Level II has been interesting today. Volume is low, but it has been fun to watch the different agendas jockey for position. I fully expect a tape painting attempt from both sides at the close today. None of that will matter though when we receive an update from the company. ELTP looks poised to at least re-test the previous high of .174. If the re-test holds, it is blue sky to the mid 20s IMO.
