LOL, ambitious as always, MB. Yes, I found site you're referring to, it's actually closer to Sycamore than Filo was to Paul's Valley. Other than that, it does have the "no neighbors" criteria.
But I haven't "driven" south to Independence very far either. It's also possible we do have presently private dirt roads to get to site, just not PR'd that way, intent was to snob Paul's Valley more than promote new site.
