multi-product software distribution agreement that will combine the
ZKID Mcgruff(R) Kidskeep(R) state of the art proprietary software and
the Mcgruff(R) Safe Kids Identification Kit with all of Kidsational's
cutting edge educational teaching products which include The Guardian
Safety Game already utilized in over 400 schools and institutions.
The Zkid Mcgruff(R) Kidskeep(R) distribution agreement will occur
concurrently with KidSational's flagship project, "Guardian-Masters of
Electro-World" a major motion picture, currently in production, "
Think Safe" a revolutionary new game show based on the Guardian's
Safety Game is projected to be carried in 75% of the nations schools
