This is GREAT news. This means they realize that they are screwed. Thats why they didnt even want to face the judge today with all the paperwork he has from SEC. They know they have to come up with an explanation for all the fraud that the BOD committed.

We have waited 6 months, and would not mind waiting 1 more month just to see their faces when they are questioned. They have dug themselves a deep hole.
