and to jpr... you mis understood me. Ididnt say or mean anything like you interpreted. Here is an example, I once had a room mate who thought it was ok to drink my beer and eat my food and had stop paying rent. so i said to go. he said he is not on the lease and because he lived there that i would have a hard time in getting him out.
next day while he was at the bar i took all his stuff outside to the curb [outside the fence] when he came back he said he was going to get a lawyer and sue me. I said go and try, you cant even afford to pay your rent,and I have no money because of you.
Then i said what lawyer will sue me with no money,and you have no money so who will take your case.
that is what i meant.
