Only processor #2 is operating on a "normal" schedule, which I assume means about 75% up time and approaching 4000# of plastic processed per hour. I believe that has been the case for this entire third quarter.

#1 is still under repair and #3 is still under costruction in the new building. I believe efforts are now focused on getting #1 back in operation and it will be completed before #3 is completed, but it is anticipated the company will effectively be cash flow breakeven when #1 is also operating normally.

I had the misperception the installation of #3 began sometime in May. Apparently that was not the case as the new building wasn't completed until sometime around the end of May. I now think the installation didn't begin until sometime in June. If #3 installation is consistent with the installation time for #2, #3 should be operational in September sometime.

Like everyone else I can only speculate from the information available, and it is a dynamic situation, but that is my best guess now. Long story short the company should be building cash from operations shortly. I anticipate there may be some financing to expedite the RockTenn rollout.
