I like Patsy, don't see a freefall. I guess the remaining question would be the 1M shares or so that are owned by the current insiders. Would they remain restricted like they are, or could they sell in the market after the merger? That would dictate whether the float would remain at 600K, or 1.6M, the total current O/S which represents the 6% of the 20M total O/S post merger.
