Read post 2568. I think I finally got it. The 6% we own is the % of the 20 million total shares post merger. 1.6M exist in the O/S right now, and that is 5.8% fo 20M. The co. will dilute the additional 18.4M (outside of the float) for the insiders of the new co. Float will remain low, but O/S will increase for the insiders of the new co.
