HOUSTON, Sept. 5, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVPH), a provider of prepaid telephone services, would like to update its investors and shareholders of the following:

Have you ever looked closely at your local telephone bill and were curious why there is a $ 6.50 charge that is listed as "universal service fund?" Did you ever wonder where this money goes?

This money is paid into a multi-BILLION dollar fund administered by the "Universal Service Administrative Company." The money paid into this fund is used to provide subsidized local telephone service to individuals who qualify for government aid.

Everybody's Phone Company is licensed by the Public Utility Commission of the State of Texas as a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC). This license issued by the Public Utility Commission allows Everybody's Phone Company to provide subsidized local telephone service to individuals who qualify for government aid! In other words, Everybody's Phone Company gets money that is paid into the Universal Service Fund!

Think about it; a small publicly traded development stage company being paid to provide a service to individuals who get aid from the government!

How high is the upside potential of this company? That is an excellent question, the corporate offices for the company are located in the fourth (4th) largest metropolitan statistical area of the country Houston, Texas, with a population of over 5 million people with more people moving to Texas every year!

Do some quick math; say the company provides service to 10,000 people and the government pays Everybody's Phone Company $ 6.50 a month then multiply this number by 12; then multiply this number by some growth factor number. Now how big is the number? Then multiply this number by growing to other states; how big is the number now?

Some more ideas to consider: Suppose Everybody's Phone Company provides service that is not subsidized to say 10,000 subscribers; these people pay an average of $ 30.00 per month. This total is $ 300,000 a month! Multiply this number times 12 months; you have gross income of $ 3.6m or MORE!

Add the income from subsidized customers plus non-subsidized customers plus connect fees; disconnect fees and long distance services; now how much is the potential annual? This number is HUGE!

Now think about the growth if they expand to other Texas markets; how big is this number now?

As you can see the upside is HUGE!

Everybody's Phone Company has built a corporate web site where you can read more information about the company and it can be found at www.everybodysphonecompany.com click the investor's link and read all of the quarterly management, discussion and analysis as well as financial information along with copies of the signed reseller agreements.

Everybody's Phone Company has spent the past few years building the internal structure of the business to be able to scale up to process rapid internal business growth.
