GCHC-latest news is a trip by CFO and CEO to China & UK in order to finally release the 10K and 10Q's sometime in May. A JV worth $70mm might be the next move by this company to expand revenue base. CFO says company is operating in the black, just that most investors outside of the circle, don't know this fact.
