UPDATE

1. We had alpha tested the Website today and are working with IT to finalize all the issues. The site will be Beta Tested on Friday, we expect the final site to be up and running by Tuesday. Sorry for the delay but we are working as hard as we can to get the site up and running.

2. Still waiting on the Security Device from OTC Markets - hopefully in tomorrows mail.

3. The Hedge Fund subsidiary will be incorporated in Pennsylvania tomorrow. Form D to be submitted early next week.

4. Long term goals look to be on track for the moment.
