OPHD, Patsy, I'm a little worried. I think we'll receive .83/share, then only 6% of the shares of the new co. Basically, if you own 10000 shares of OPHD, you'll own only 600 of the new co. Something along those lines. It looks a R/S, of sorts, except they are paying out for the existing, then ditrbuting the new co.'s stock.
