RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif., Sept. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Bridge Industries, Inc. (OTC PK: GRBG) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Ionlite, Inc., a California Corporation (http://www.ionlite.com), with offices in Valencia, California, which is involved in the development, manufacture and distribution of small Ionic Air Purifier products for the household, workplace, and automobiles.

Mike Roth, President of Green Bridge Industries, said, "This a promising opportunity for GRBG to take on a new partner and the great products that Ionlite offers.
