Bingo. No way I want to be involved with any of the prior players having anything to do with this company (other than them being shareholders if they so chose). They have shown their incompetence in getting anything done in the past, other than giving away the assets little by little. They were over their head in their ability to do anything other than create debt. Throw the bums out, get a new structure and move forward suing everybody for infringement, if necessary.
