I could do the paperwork myself; look, they probably did the forms themselves and kept screwing it up until they got it right. If you have ever dealt with any gov bureaucracy and filed forms, if refused, they will tell you what you need to submit properly. This is probably why the pr for the chill removal took so long. They could have submitted the forms in January of this year for all we know. Eventually, even AGIJ could get this right. I agree, we need the fins. Are the fins late? If they are then why are they? Is AGIJ trying to hide fact that they are diluting every chance they get and the AS has increased a few billion? The float was so tight, they either needed to do a R/S of increase the AS. That is trading 101.
