In fact, I know this is not a factual statement.

You do understand that your statement is beyond false unless you are in possession of the NOBO lists of last month and this month.

Outside of such a list you cannot in any way state you know his statement to be real or false and that sir IS A TRUE FACT.

There is a solid chance that associates directly or indirectly are selling.

SNEY has paid for services through share distribution. Many of which are not restricted. These services would be considered associates directly or indirectly with management.

Also the Private Placement holders from last year are no longer restricted based on holding periods. Again they too would be considered associates of management either directly or indirectly.

Add to this the list could still show it under CC and we would not know the owner.

So again I just cannot see how you can possible post you know his statement is is not factual.
