Where's the staar lawsuit?

It got delayed2x- their were a ton of good information from that lawsuit.
Some very positive and some very negative. At least with that i thought you would get answers and a final outcome.
Did staar settle secretly with CCME in China? Got their money back while everybody lose here? I emailed Staar and never got answer.
