It is obvious the company paid someone a few hundred dollars to get them off of the chill. I do not know the exact reason for the chill, but they are off now. The reason they wanted the chill off was to enable all brokerage houses to be able trade AGIJ. TD, ST, and others do not trade chill stocks. The chill came off to entice a new investor base.
