It is quite difficult to ignore the history of this company. We concentrate on all the peripheral issues but what really counts is when are these guys are going to increase shareholder value? Everything else is non sense. Many are putting out dates such as this week or next week and it is always next week. Although we appear to be almost in the clear with a very good image of the end line (Money in the bank) I am getting doubtful that the SP will increase. With all these good news we are still at 13 cents. Can anyone explain why the SP has not increased, why the names of the other MAJORS has not been released, and why the BOD decided to go with a private company, why Amarant should be interested in shareholder value being a private company? and how should we benefit from a private transaction?
