Patsy, I've been trying to understand this, and from what I can see, you get .83/share for the current shares, then 1 share of the new co. Hemoxymed will be distributed to each existing Ophidian shareholder. Is this correct? For all intense and purposes, there is no difference, but I don't know what the new cos. stock would be priced at since its share structure is not the same as Ophidians.
