BakerBoy, thanks for sharing your infomation from Doug. I too am very surprised that Doug, or rather SGCP, hadn't received anything offical from the SEC. And this 'Global lock' nonsense has proven out to be non-existant because this stock appears to be trading normally.

I'm very curious to see what will happen regarding this issue. Has anyone (anyone with a lot more time on their hands) tried contacting the other companies on 'the list' to see what has happened and if they have recieved offical SEC notification?
