What DD?? Only thing here is an expired loi and a down grade to the pinks, any other DD is just made-up, what more is there to say! No filings no 8K, just massive dilution all the way down to .0001 with no bid for almost 2 months!! Shareholders are the only ones nervous here, lol ASYI
