LOL x LOL^Infinity^infinitity^infinity.......anyways Dr. Husid i was wondering since you may be aware. after the files are filed on OTC markets and the OTC Markets reviews and confirms their legitimacey and completeness, will there also be an s-1 filing?

Given how MIHL needs very little buying power to get to .10 and it will probably happen after the CE mark is removed i was just wondering if an s-1 filing for OTCQB will be instrumentally added since uplisting is the goal. Not that i dont think this would not go to above .50 with hundreds of millions in fnding but i do wonder how immediate the plans for uplisting are.

could you give some insight into uplisting, or is this a "take care of CE mark, website online, hedge fund submission, and PR first"?
