I believe that there are non toxi funding options out there for OTC companies, it is just the ones that those funders will not touch for various reasons, have to make deals with toxic funders and in way more cases then none those OTC companies usually never recover, and the continued issuing of more shares to the very same toxic funder is just sealing the inevitable
