The Sept 1st date was pr'd before the test run was extended to a third week. Perhaps the extended test made It more difficult to meet the Sept 1st deadline. This would be understandable but it is not understandable why we, as share holders, would not have been notified of a delay. Please speak up Jim, your silence is deafening.
