That's my understanding too. Besides the latest transcripts indicate that Silverman feels that the Dicon transaction was beyond doubt a total fraud! Mosko has plead guilty but the sentencing date has not been set which implies he can revert on his plea. In addition what did he plead.,..I believe it is under seal. So the BIG Q is why are people saying that Mosko is guilty?? Now we know some people are serving prison but it is not in black and white what fraud they committed. To illustrate Gerard D'Amaro is serving prison...we know he was the recipient of SPNG shares(several millions) and along with Romero brothers were trading SPNG shares. Gerard is also connected to Dynkowski who is still on the lam......we also know that Dynkowski is accused of money laundering, pump and dump activities, etc...and so it goes.....the dots are yet to be connected and revealed.
