I respect your opinion on company being suspect and if I felt that way, I wouldn't be posting here and I would just move on. From where I stand, HRAL is late in filings but they have been late before and from what I understand, they are a "non- reporting" issuer. Whether they are late or not, they are still carrying on with business and expanding.
